Our OT fees are consistent with the 2025 NDIS price guide. If you would like us to give a quote for a specific service, please reach out. There may be a small fee for traveling to your home/school/preschool. The fee depends on your location, an average fee is approximately 20 minutes of OT time. We try to carefully plan our client lists to minimise travel times and any extra costs.

We see Plan or Self managed NDIS clients. OT sessions are invoiced under “capacity” NDIS funding.

Our OT’s typically work school hours and school term times. This means that we often book 10 week blocks of therapy, then have two weeks break, before a further 10 week block.

Our allied health assistant is available for after hours appointment and over the school holidays.

We are a mobile service provider serving the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie regions. Common locations we travel to include Cameron Park, Edgeworth, Cardiff, Maryland, Lambton, Hamilton, Mayfield, Rankin Park, Belmont, Jewells, Thornton. Please still reach out if you are further out!

We provide regular weekly or fortnightly OT sessions. The sessions are approximately 45 minutes face to face time with your child.
